The marketing team for Ashley Hall School was overloaded with communications requests that had immediate deadlines.
We proposed a video strategy to reduce daily communications requests by creating a library of strategic, evergreen video content that could be used across various channels. This included admissions tours, event recaps, faculty spotlights, and school highlights. By pre-producing these videos in batches, we could support the school’s ongoing communication needs without overloading the team.
We met with the head of school and department leaders to assess video needs. After prioritizing, we worked with the communications team to align on scope and deadlines. We streamlined production, delivering both polished videos and raw footage for ongoing use, ensuring maximum flexibility and impact. We listened, supported and executed.
The strategy led to transformational results- a measurable increase in admissions, stronger engagement with alumnae and parents, and a growing buzz around the school.
